LIVE // The launch of investment projects totaling over 10 million euros for five universities in the Republic of Moldova
Five universities from the Republic of Moldova receive funding in the total amount of 10.4 million euros for the implementation of projects in priority areas of professional training. According to the Ministry of Education and Research, following their implementation, more rooms and laboratories will be equipped with advanced technologies, and the didactic process will also be modernized. More than 35 thousand students will benefit from these investments.
The institutions selected by the multidisciplinary Committee are: State Pedagogical University "Ion Creangă" from Chisinau, State University of Moldova, Technical University of Moldova, State University "Alecu Russo" from Balti and State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemițanu" .
The program is at the second call for proposals for sub-projects within the "Higher Education in Moldova" Project and aims to continue the modernization and equipping of educational institutions in the country with the aim of connecting the educational system to the requirements of the labor market.
