Over a hundred people suffer traumatic injuries as a result of falls on the ice
Over 100 people have suffered traumatic musculoskeletal and skeletal injuries after falling on the ice. Specialist doctors from the Institute of Emergency Medicine have been working on alert for the last 24 hours due to the high volume of calls.
Thus, around 200 patients were served, 20% more than on a typical Sunday.
The institution announces that 32 people were hospitalized. Doctors also provided medical aid to seven patients brought in from road accidents.
