Another hostage with dual citizenship, Israeli and Romanian, died in the Gaza Strip

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania announced on Thursday the death of another person with dual citizenship, Israeli and Romanian, held hostage in the Gaza Strip.

"Following the clarifications sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the context of the security situation in the State of Israel and the Gaza Strip, we remind that the Israeli authorities have informed about the death of a person with dual citizenship, Israeli and Romanian, held hostage in the Gaza Strip", informs the MFA .

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends its condolences to the bereaved family.

Currently, two people with dual citizenship, Israeli and Romanian, are still hostages in the Gaza Strip, a context in which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates the need to release all the hostages in the Gaza Strip.

The Romanian Embassy in Tel Aviv maintains contact with the Israeli authorities.
