Consumers will have lower bills for thermal energy in December, Minister of Energy
The Minister of Energy, Victor Parlicov, assures consumers that in December the amounts for thermal energy included in the bills will not be so high. This after several citizens were puzzled by the fact that in November they had to pay more, even though the heating season started later than usual.
According to the official, it is wrong to refer to the November amounts when making rough calculations for the bills we are going to pay in the coming months.
"In November, the bills was 800 lei for two weeks, then in December it will be 2000 thousand lei because of the wrong methodology. At the beginning of the heating season, the bills are higher because the system heats up and the energy is consumed to increase the temperature level", said Victor Parlicov.
We remind that the vast majority of consumers were connected to the heating agent in the second part of November. This year the connection was made later than in previous years due to high temperatures.
