A New Year's Eve concert will take place in the Great National Assembly Square in Chisinau on December 31
The Christmas Fair in the Grand National Assembly Square was visited by about 100 thousand people within 2 days, declared today at the weekly meeting of Chisinau City Hall, the mayor of Chisinau, Ion Ceban. According to the general mayor, citizens are also expected on December 31 in the center of Chisinau where a New Year's Eve concert will be held.
"We invite all citizens on December 31 to the Great National Assembly Square where a New Year's Eve concert will take place. The band Carla's Dreams, Brio Sonores, the singer Satoshi, Dara, the Advahov Brothers Orchestra, Zinaida Julea, Nelly Ciobanu, Constantin Moscovici, Cătălin Josan will perform on stage. The concert will start at 20:00".
The Christmas fair will be open to visitors until January 23, 2024.
Traditional handicrafts, thematic souvenirs, toys, balloons, but also food products will be sold here: fast food products, snacks, pastry products without cream, confectionery, popcorn, candied, lollies, soft drinks and hot drinks, beer etc. Santa's house and a photo area are also set up in PMAN. Carousels, a train, and other fun activities were provided for children's entertainment.
Public transport units in the capital were decorated with colorful lights.
Decorative lighting was also connected in all sectors of Chisinau.
