On New Year's Eve, municipal public transport will operate with an extended schedule
In the night between years, the trolleybus routes: no. 8, no. 10, no. 12, no. 22 and no. 25, but also bus lines no. 5, no. 9, no. 26, will be active until 01:00, Chisinau City Hall informs.
Also, some suburban bus routes: no. 4, no. 6, no. 14, no. 15, no. 24, no. 33, no. 38, no. 39, no. 44, no. 46 and no. 47 will make additional trips, to ensure the movement home of the participants of the New Year's Eve concert in the Great National Assembly Square.
At the same time, in connection with the cultural-artistic events held on New Year's Eve in the center of Chisinau, the municipal public transport that crosses the Great National Assembly Square will run in a special regime.
Thus, on December 31, 2:00 p.m. until January 1, 2024, at 7:00 a.m., public transport will be suspended on the bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, in the perimeter of Mitropolit G. Bănulescu - Bodoni - A. Pușkin str., and the trolleybuses and buses, which cross the Grand National Assembly Square, will be redirected to the adjacent streets.
