Russian attacks at Pokrovsk. Ukrainian authorities reported several injured people
Russian troops launched two attacks on the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, during Friday evening. Ukrainian authorities have reported several wounded people, writes Rador.
"Pokrovsk is again under enemy fire. This evening (Friday, n.r.), the Russians bombed the city twice, hitting administrative buildings. A garage and cars are on fire," said the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadim Filashkin. He also informed that, according to preliminary data, several people were injured.
At the same time, during the night from Friday to Saturday, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones. The Ukrainian air defense forces announced that the targets were shot down, Rador writes.
"Last night, the Russian invaders launched a new air strike, using two Shahed-136/131 drones. All enemy drones have been destroyed," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement published on Saturday morning.
The Air Force of Ukraine also reported that the attack drones moved from the south through the central regions and targeted the Khmelnytskyi region, where several explosions were heard during the night as a result of the activity of the defense system anti-aircraft.
