Police: Driving is difficult due to the fog in some regions of the Republic of Moldova
On some road sections, the traffic is difficult due to the fog, warns the General Police Inspectorate (IGP).
Drivers are urged to be careful behind the wheel, to make sure and to signal when they intend to change direction, to increase the safety distance between vehicles and to switch on the fog lights.
"Avoid uninsured crossings, in such weather conditions they can become extremely dangerous," warns the IGP in a statement.
We remind that, according to meteorologists, rainy and snowy weather is forecast between January 7-10. On January 8, it will snow heavily, isolated blizzards.
