Ukraine is not among the countries invited to the G20 summit

Ukraine is not among the countries invited to the G20 summit, which will be held in New Delhi in September this year - said in a briefing, the spokesperson of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arindam Bagchi.

He mentioned that there is still plenty of time until the summit, if there are changes in the list of guests, they will be announced later, informs Rador. India's chairmanship of the G20 began on December 1, 2022. The G20 Organizing Committee had earlier announced that the 18th summit of the group's heads of state and government would be held on September 9-10 in New Delhi. In addition to the leaders of the G20 member countries, the leaders of nine other countries - Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, Spain and the United Arab Emirates - are also invited to it. As the representative of the Russian president in the G20, Svetlana Lukash, told TASS, there is every chance that Vladimir Putin will participate in the summit in New Delhi.
