Moldo-American partnership, discussed by Minister Mihai Popșoi with the US Secretary of State, James O'Brien

The progress made by the Republic of Moldova in advancing the accession process to the European Union, the security situation in the region and the US support for the modernization of the country were the topics discussed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mihai Popșoi, during a meeting with the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien.

The head of diplomacy from Chisinau thanked the American official for the support offered to our country in all fields.

"We appreciated the advanced level of bilateral relations and discussed the importance of the Strategic Dialogue meeting for the deepening of the Moldovan-American partnership, which will take place in the spring of this year, in Washington. We thanked for the support offered to our country by the USA in all areas of strategic importance", said the minister.

For his part, James O'Brien appreciated the reforms implemented by the authorities and ensured support in the European way.

We remind you that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mihai Popșoi, is participating in the 60th edition of the Security Conference in Munich, between February 16-18.

Mortgage tax relief: who is eligible and how to benefit
