In Moscow, the Nemtsov Bridge initiative reported the removal of flowers from the Moskvoretsky Bridge by unidentified individuals. Additionally, a memorial near the Solovetsky Stone – a monument commemorating victims of political repression – was dismantled under police supervision on the night of February 17th.

In Vladivostok, sanitation workers cleared a memorial in Vera and Nadezhda Park. Flowers were also removed from a tribute site near Ulyanovsk's Monument to Victims of Political Repression.

New memorials continue to emerge in support of Navalny, with reports from cities including Novosibirsk, Nahodka, Khabarovsk, and Krasnoturinsk.

Authorities Monitor Memorial Activity

Police have increased surveillance of those commemorating Navalny. In Vladivostok, officers recorded personal information of individuals at a memorial site. Near Khabarovsk's Monument to Victims of Injustice and Tyranny, police checked the identification of those gathered. In Irkutsk, authorities photographed people leaving tributes near the regional government building and a monument honouring victims of political repression.
