General Assembly of Prosecutors, postponed. The decision, approved by the CSP
The General Assembly of Prosecutors, set for February 23, was postponed by a week, according to a decision approved by the members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors. Thus, the General Assembly of Prosecutors (CSP) was set for February 29, at 09.00.
The president of CSP, Dumitru Obada, said that it was previously decided that the meeting would take place online, and the IT specialists recommended its postponement to ensure the continuity of the technical process and the operation of the platform.
Obadă said that the reports of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor's Superior Council are to be published, which will be debated at the Assembly, together with the CSP priorities for 2024.
We remind you that the General Assembly of Prosecutors was convened on December 22, when the new members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors were elected. This was achieved after a gap of about three years.
