Cristina Gherasimov, phone conversation with her Czech counterpart, Martin Dvořák, about developments on the European integration agenda

The developments on the European integration agenda, including the first steps our country is taking in evaluating the alignment of national legislation with that of the EU, were discussed by phone by the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, with the Minister of European Affairs of the Czech Republic, Martin Dvořák.

The officials also discussed the progress made in the implementation of the last three recommendations of the European Commission, emphasizing the firm commitment of the authorities of the Republic of Moldova to advance the reform agenda.

In this context, Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Gherasimov thanked for the support given by the Czech Republic in obtaining the positive vote for the launch of accession negotiations.
