Romania Backs Peaceful Resolution in Transnistria, Respecting Moldova's Sovereignty
Romania has reiterated its support for a peaceful resolution to the Transnistrian conflict, emphasising respect for the sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova.
This statement came during a meeting between Romanian Foreign Minister Luminița Odobescu and Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian.
The two officials also discussed regional security developments and Russia's destabilisation efforts, particularly their impact on Moldova, according to a press release from the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
