Kiev accuses Moscow of violating its own truce, this Christmas
Ukrainian authorities accuse Russia of violating its own truce ordered by Vladimir Putin during the Old Rite Christmas. 39 shells fell on Saturday in the Kherson region, bombardments as a result of which at least 2 people were killed and 7 others injured, Kyiv Post informs.

Another person was killed and 7 injured in similar bombings in Donetsk.
The Russian Defense Ministry claimed, according to France Presse, that Russian forces "respect the unilateral decision to cease fire" and instead accused Ukraine of carrying out bombings.
According to Kiev, the Russians also bombed the regions of Kharkiv, Sumy and Zaporozhye. The attacks destroyed or damaged several houses and unspecified infrastructure targets.
