New Ukraine-Russia prisoner swap

A new prisoner swap between Ukraine and Russia happened on Sunday. As a result, 50 Ukrainian soldiers were released, announced the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andrei Ermak.

Those released include servicemen from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Special Operations Forces and Naval Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, National Guard and Border Guard Service. The day before, the Russian side reported the return of 50 of its soldiers. Nearly 1,600 people have been released from Russian captivity since the start of the war, including 1,464 military personnel and 132 civilians.
