First resignations as of the beginning of the year. Marcel Spatari and Anastasia Taburecanu resign
Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița announced, on Monday, the departure of Marcel Spatari from the leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
Among the ministry's achievements, the prime minister mentioned the "Ajutor la contor" program - a targeted and fair system for the population, given crazy prices.
The prime minister also noted that important reforms have been launched on the labor market, which would make life easier for employees and help women and men raise their children. "I want to thank you for coming to the government team. Because you made an enormous leadership, managerial, professional effort, with a lot of dedication, with a lot of integrity. I thank you for the reforms implemented, the results achieved and I continue to rely on your contribution", said Natalia Gavrilița.
She mentioned that Marcel Spatari joined the government team in Romania, where he will now return with his family. For his part, Marcel Spatari declared that his departure from office is a strictly personal decision, being at the same time a decision assumed and prepared in advance. Spatari announced that he will continue his activity in Romania and will cooperate with the Government of the Republic of Moldova. "I will go to Bucharest and from there I will continue to offer expertise and advice for the team from Chisinau", declared Marcel Spatari. Natalia Gavrilița announced that, in the future, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will be led by Alexei Buzu, a specialist in public policy management, who has provided support to several ministries in the process of drafting, implementing and evaluating public policies. "We will support young families, we will help mothers and fathers, to provide more effective programs for people with disabilities. We will work to increase access to social services and to promote equality between men and women", said Alexei Buzu. The Prime Minister also said that Anastasia Taburceanu submitted her resignation from the position of spokesperson of the Government, for personal reasons.
