The enrollment of first graders starts in Chisinau on April 1
Parents can submit the documents for enrolling their children in first grade online, on the platform: escoala.chisinau.md, starting from Monday, April 1, at 08:00. The registration procedure will be carried out in two stages.
The first one will take place between April 1st and May 24th and provides for the submission, completion and validation of applications, first grade enrollment documents for children who turn 7 years old. It is mandatory that the child's residence visa is within the scope of the educational institution where the documents were submitted.
To enroll the child, in addition to the application submitted on the escoala.chisinau.md platform, the parents' identity card and the child's birth certificate will be presented.
The second stage will take place between June 3 and 17, when documents can be submitted for the enrollment of children who failed to be enrolled in the first stage or whose residence visa is not within the range of the educational institution.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, about 10,000 students were enrolled in schools in Chisinau.
