Strong fire in Russia: several tanks with petroleum products caught fire

A fire broke out last night at oil product tanks in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, which borders Ukraine, TASS reports.

The fire spread over an area of 4,000 thousand square meters, Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz announced, without mentioning what caused the fire. After several hours of fighting the flames, firefighters managed to locate the fire this morning. Briansk is a city and the administrative center of Bryansk Oblast, Russia, located on the Desna River, 379 kilometers southwest of Moscow.
