Russia says dialogue channels with NATO at 'zero level', RIA reports
The situation in Russia-NATO relations is "predictably and deliberately" deteriorating, Russian state news agency RIA quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko as saying, Reuters reports.
He added that all channels of dialogue between Moscow and the alliance have been brought to a "critical zero" level by Washington and Brussels.
At the same time, RIA quoted him as saying that Russia had no intention to start military conflict with NATO or its members.
