Minister of Energy will talk in Washington with representatives of liquefied natural gas companies and the Nuclear Energy Institute
The Minister of Energy, Victor Parlicov, is on a working visit to Washington, where he will have meetings with top officials from the American administration and representatives of the energy industry.
*"I will have discussions with Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm, Deputy Secretaries of the State Department, the Deputy Administrator of USAID, the leadership of the US International Development Finance Corporation and the National Safety Council, as well as representatives of the House of Representatives and the Senate," wrote Victor Parlicov on his Facebook page.
The minister will also discuss energy security issues with members of the Oil and National Security Caucus and participate in a round table organized by the Atlantic Council.
Victor Parlicov will also hold discussions with the president of the Oil and Gas Association, as well as with representatives of liquefied natural gas companies, but also with the management of the Nuclear Energy Institute and member companies, which have committed to building modular nuclear reactors in Romania.
