The 112 service has a new interim director

The national 112 emergency call service has a new interim director. It is about Anatolie Viniciuc, who was appointed to this position following an order issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to a press release from the institution, Anatolie Viniciuc has almost 36 years of experience in the emergency system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2019, he was appointed deputy head of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He was also deputy head of service, head of the Firefighters and Rescue Department of the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service, which was reorganized into the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the MAI.

Anatolie Vinicius is appointed as Interim director until the appointment of the director of Service 112 or until another interim director is selected, but not for more than 12 months.
