The reforms that the Republic of Moldova is implementing to ensure the country's economic development and the possibilities of attracting new foreign investments are among the topics addressed by Prime Minister Dorin Recean in a discussion with the German Vice Chancellor, Minister of Economy and Climate, Robert Habeck, who is at Chisinau.
The Republic of Moldova is moving rapidly into the great European family, with reliable friends such as Germany, the Prime Minister told the German official. "I am glad to have Germany's support for strengthening our economic ties and promoting investment opportunities for German businesses. The Republic of Moldova remains oriented towards economic growth, it develops and continues its course towards the great European family, with reliable friends like Germany by its side", said Dorin Recean.
The prime minister also stressed that the Moldovan-German economic potential needs to be fully exploited, stressing the importance of continuously informing German businessmen about the benefits that our country offers to investors.
In the context of the war in Ukraine, the two officials discussed the energy security of the Republic of Moldova and the plans regarding the diversification of renewable energy sources.
