President of the Czech Senate is coming to Chisinau
The President of the Czech Senate, Miloš Vystrčil, will pay a visit to the Republic of Moldova, on May 15-16. The Czech official will be accompanied by other senators, members of the Committee on European Union Affairs, the Committee on Education, Culture, Human Rights and Petitions and the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security of the Czech Senate.
During the visit, Miloš Vystrčil will have a meeting with the Parliament Speaker, Igor Grosu. Afterwards, the two Parliament Speakers will hold a briefing, which is planned for Wednesday, May 15, at 12:00.
The agenda also includes visiting the Accommodation Center for refugees from Ukraine in Cărpineni commune, Hâncești district.
According to the program, Czech officials will lay flowers at the Monument to the Czechoslovak Legionary Heroes in Chisinau and go to the National History Museum to participate in the opening of the exhibition "Citadels and Castles of the Czech Republic".
