Public and governmental institutions can apply for participation in the "Interreg Europe" Program until June 7. The president of the Project Development and Expertise Institute, Iurie Calestru, claims that the program has a total budget of 130 million lei.
"The projects vary from one to two million euros. Eligible applicants are public institutions, which can receive up to 80 percent of the non-refundable component, and civil society organizations - up to 70 percent. This program provides the five basic pillars: social, green, smart, of course we also mean governance and equity. The projects aim to improve cross-border and interregional cooperation, so that based on the transmission of good practices, we can achieve this increase in the standard of living and the transmission of the best practices at the level of the European Union for all other regions that would be partners of this project", said Iurie Calestru .
We remind that the "Interreg Europe" Program aims to reduce the differences between European regions, emphasizing sustainability and social inclusion.
