Financial errors identified in natural gas bills will be recalculated and adjusted
The financial errors identified in the consumers' natural gas bills will be recalculated and adjusted during the cold period of the year, announced the head of MoldovaGaz, Vadim Ceban, on social networks. According to him, the recalculation of payments will be reflected as an advance in the following bills.
The clarifications were made in the context in which the process of issuing and distributing bills for December 2022 was completed. Thus, according to Vadim Ceban, the previously identified cases regarding the inconsistency of the degree of social vulnerability for some consumers in relation to the payment established in the bills are to be adjusted together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. We remind you that in December some residents of the Republic of Moldova received the bill for natural gas with some errors, identified cases when the degree of vulnerability of some consumers, indicated in the bills, differs from the status established by the Government.
