Russia has turned the war into one against children, head of state Maia Sandu said after today's attack on a children's hospital in Kiev. The President of the Republic of Moldova described this action by Moscow as "a lack of humanity and disregard" towards people.

A Russian rocket attack on the "Ohmatdyt" National Specialized Children's Hospital in Kyiv killed at least 7 people and injured 9 others. The incident occurred this morning, July 8. In Dnipro, additional attacks resulted in 10 deaths and over 30 injuries.
