TRM representatives participated in the forum "Boosting the absorption of European funds in the Republic of Moldova - EU candidate country"
The representatives of the Communication and International Relations Department of IP Company "Teleradio-Moldova" participated, on January 13, 2023, in the Forum "Impulsing the absorption of European funds in the Republic of Moldova - EU candidate country", which took place in Iași.

The event was organised by the Iasi County Council in collaboration with the Project Development and Expertise Institute. Among the participants who spoke at the Forum are: Iurie Calestru - director of programs at IDEP, Costel Alexe - president of the Iași County Council, Nelu Tătaru - president of the Commission for "Health and Family" in the Chamber of Deputies, former Minister of Health Tudorel Toader - the rector of "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University and Benoni Moruzi - mayor and president of ACOR Iași.
The purpose of the visit was to establish inter-institutional partnerships in order to take over the good practices regarding the absorption of pre-accession funds available for the Republic of Moldova starting in 2023, but also in order to realise some joint Moldovan-Romanian projects with European funding.
Iurie Calestru, Director of Programs at the Institute for Development and Expertise of Projects reported on the importance of implementing European standards in the Republic of Moldova, in order to facilitate the realisation of Moldovan-Romanian projects. The President of the Iași County Council, Costel Alexe, mentioned the common problem of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, which complicates the process of realising projects, namely the bureaucracy.
In addition to the TRM representatives, the delegation of the Republic of Moldova was made up of representatives of 3 District Councils, 25 medical institutions, 15 educational institutions and local action groups. After participating in the Forum, the members of the delegation visited the Museum House and the Emergency Clinical Hospital for children "Sfânta Maria" in Iasi.
