14-year-old boy, transported by SMURD helicopter from Chisinau to Bucharest
A 14-year-old boy from the Republic of Moldova was transported this morning by a SMURD helicopter from Chisinau to Bucharest.
The boy, in serious condition at the Mother and Child Institute, was transported to the Fundeni Clinical Institute in Bucharest, Romania.
The helicopter landed at 10:18 a.m. at the Dinamo stadium in Chisinau, where SMURD doctors and paramedics took the patient.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, this is the fourth SMURD aero-medical intervention for Moldovan citizens as of the beginning of this year.
