SIS ordered the blocking of two portals because they were publishing information inciting hatred and war
The Director of the Intelligence and Security Service signed an order ordering the blocking of two sources with online content, promoting information that incites hatred and war, under the state of emergency. Thus, the portals eadaily.com and bloknot.ru are to be stopped.
The order containing mandatory indications was sent to the National Registrar of the "md" top-level domain and to network and/or electronic communications service providers, in order to immediately block, in accordance with the law, the access of users from the Republic of Moldova to the mentioned sources.
Previously, the SIS also blocked other media sources that promote information that incites hatred and war or distributes materials with opinions aimed at justifying the war, as well as against the country's territorial integrity and neutrality status - moldnod.ru, rusnod.ru, www.rta.md, www.sputnik.md și www.gagauznews.md.
