Voters can request a certificate for the right to vote

People who, on the day of the presidential elections and the republican constitutional referendum, will not be in the locality where they have valid residence, may request a certificate for the right to vote from the electoral office of the polling station. It will allow voters to vote in any other polling station on the territory of the country, on the additional electoral list, the Central Electoral Commission informs.

According to the quoted source, the certificate for the right to vote is issued by the electoral office of the polling station where it is registered based on the residence valid until October 19, 2024, inclusive.

The certificate for the right to vote is issued upon presentation of the identity document certifying the domicile or residence of the voter within the respective polling station.

We remind you that, according to the data of the Central Electoral Commission, the number of voters registered in the State Register of Voters is 3,300,790, of which over 2.7 million citizens with the right to vote are assigned to the II level of administrative-territorial units.
