New bilateral screening session in Brussels. Moldovan and European experts analyze three important chapters
In the following days, a new bilateral screening session will take place in Brussels, an essential part of the accession negotiations of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union. Three other important chapters will be analyzed by experts from the European Commission, announced the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov. It is the Economic Criteria, Chapter 32 - Financial Control and Chapter 23 - The Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.
"Together with the experts of the European Commission, we are discussing the progress already recorded to understand the level of preparation of our institutions and what we still have to do to enjoy a better life, according to European standards, at home", says Cristina Gherasimov .
The evaluation of the conformity of the national legislation with that of the European Union started in February, this year.
