Russia conducted air defense exercises in Moscow
Russia announced on Saturday that it had conducted air defense exercises in the Moscow region. According to a press release from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the soldiers practiced repelling attacks on important targets, but without specifying when they took place. The actions are carried out against the background of the conflict with Ukraine.

We remind that in recent days, anti-aircraft defense systems were installed on important buildings in Moscow. Ukraine has not signaled any intention to attack the Russian capital, notes the BBC. On Friday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to answer a question about whether Russia fears Moscow could be a target. He referred this question to the Ministry of Defence.
