According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), the three designated postal voting polling stations were to receive ballot envelopes from voters in Canada, the United States, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and Finland by October 31 at 6:00 p.m. (local time in the host country).

Based on the latest information, the polling station in Ottawa (Canada) received 436 envelopes, Washington, D.C. (USA) received 790, and Stockholm (Sweden) received 221 envelopes with ballots.
