Presidential runoff // ASP centers will operate under a special program

The Public Services Agency (ASP) will operate in a special regime on the presidential run off. Thus, on November 3, employees from the territorial subdivisions of the institution will work between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. At the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova over the age of 18, provisional identity cards will be issued and the previously requested identity cards will be handed over.

Citizens who applied for the issuance of the identity card between October 18 and 31, 2024, can pick up the identity document until November 1, 2024, including if the deadline for the order exceeds this date, regardless of the fee paid.

ASP informs that the provisional identity card will be issued free of charge, at the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova who do not have an identity card or whose identity card is not valid.
