New agency to streamline justice sector with digital solutions
Public services in the justice sector will be enhanced, and court operations will be streamlined through the development of digital technologies and information systems.
In this context, the Government has approved the establishment of the Agency for Digitalization in Justice and Judicial Administration, as a result of the merger between the Judicial Administration Agency and the Legal Information Resources Agency.
The creation of this agency is crucial for the digitization of judicial processes and the advancement of the e-justice concept, which is focused on the needs of citizens, according to a statement from the Government.
Simultaneously, the agency's efforts will concentrate on improving court performance and reducing trial duration.
Through the implementation of digital solutions, the agency will ease access to justice, reduce bureaucracy, foster a more transparent and efficient environment, and ensure citizens' access to legal and procedural information.
