CSM convenes the General Assembly of Judges on December 19. Activity report, on the agenda

The CSM will hold the General Assembly of Judges on December 19, during which an activity report for the year will be presented. The members of the Superior Council of the Magistracy made the decision to convene the judges today.

Key topics for discussion will include the election of judges to the specialized bodies of the CSM and the approval of changes to the regulations governing the General Assembly of Judges.

According to the law on judicial organization, the General Assembly of Judges consists of judges from all courts across the country, ensuring the effective implementation of the principle of self-administration within the judiciary.

The last assembly of magistrates was held on March 1, 2024.
