The Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that 7,864 calls were received by the voter information hotline during the presidential elections and constitutional referendum in Moldova.
The majority of these calls, 5,404, originated from citizens directly. The most common inquiries pertained to voting procedures, including:
- Required identification documents

In some instances, voters reported finding themselves pre-registered for Russian locations on the verifica.cec.md platform, despite not having initiated this process. These incidents were documented, and voters were advised to contact the police.
Additionally, 2,422 outgoing calls were made to:
- Provide operational information to electoral bodies and local public administrations regarding electoral procedures
- Follow up on after-hours calls
- Verify the opening procedure of polling stations on election day for both rounds
- Address other operational matters.
The hotline was operational from September 2 to November 4. It provided information support to a diverse range of individuals, including voters, registrars, operators, electoral officials, representatives of electoral competitors, and observers.
