Moldova is dedicated to enhancing our cooperation and completing EU accession talks during this mandate.
We remind you that Ursula von der Leyen's team was supported by 370 votes in favor, while 282 deputies voted against. Thus, the Plenary of the Parliament voted on the new composition of the European executive, led for the second mandate by Ursula von der Leyen, and the Union budget for next year.
For 2025, this will be around €200 billion in commitments and €155 billion in payments, six percent higher than this year.
The current European Commission will start its mandate on 1 December.
