Berlin airport strike. All flights were cancelled

Berlin Airport has canceled all flights scheduled for today due to a staff strike. They are demanding a pay rise as well as higher bonuses for security guards who work on weekends and public holidays.

Thus, according to the statement issued by the German operator Berlin - Brandenburg Airport (BER), approximately 300 take-offs and landings will no longer be possible, which would affect about 35 thousand passengers.
