Energocom leadership change: Buzatu takes over
The Board of Directors of Energocom Joint Stock Company has decided to terminate the employment contract of Victor Bînzari, the current Interim General Director.
His last day of work will be Thursday, December 12, the Public Property Agency (APP) announced.
Simultaneously, the company's Board has appointed Eugeniu Buzatu, a company advisor, as the new Interim General Director, effective December 13.
"Eugeniu Buzatu brings extensive experience in managing energy market processes, making him well-qualified for this demanding role," the APP added.
