ANRE announces fuel price increases for gasoline and diesel
The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has announced that fuel prices will increase over the next three days.
As a result, gasoline prices will rise by 0.23 lei, reaching 23.51 lei (~€1,23) per liter, while diesel prices will be capped at 20.42 lei per liter, with an increase of 0.15 lei.
Starting in 2025, gasoline prices will increase by 0.51 lei, while diesel will rise by 0.37 lei.
These adjustments follow ANRE's decision to raise commercial margins for fuel distribution, effective for the first half of next year. Additionally, fuel excise duties were increased as of January 1, with their impact being gradually incorporated into gasoline and diesel prices.
