The majority of them have found work in Chișinău, with approximately 1,250 people employed there. Another 95 Ukrainians are working in Bălți, while 60 have secured positions in the Gagauz autonomous region.

Out of the 1,626 employed individuals, 1,073 are women and 533 are men. Employers report that Ukrainians are filling various roles, including doctors, educators, programmers, engineers, tailors, salespeople, cooks, waiters, as well as managers and data operators.

Since the beginning of the year, 103 businesses have been willing to hire Ukrainian citizens, offering a total of 826 job openings. In January alone, 44 Ukrainians were registered with ANOFM to receive assistance with finding employment.

The agency also provides free services, such as information on available job openings, contact details of employers, career guidance, and job placement assistance.
