A bridge to be built at Costești-Stânca
Several bridges between the Republic of Moldova and Romania, a railway with a European gauge and many other projects related to infrastructure were discussed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Andrei Spînu, with his colleagues from Bucharest. This was announced in a show on TVR Moldova.
"The option to build a bridge at Stânca-Costești is being analyzed because now it is crossed on the dam and it is not exactly good from a security perspective. Also, on the railway, we discussed a possibility to start discussions and feasibility studies for the Chisinau-Bucharest railway with European gauge and high speed. I come from Bucharest very optimistic that the relationship between the Republic of Moldova and Romania in the field of transport infrastructure in the coming years will move and will develop at a very good speed", said Andrei Spînu.
We remind you that this week the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Andrei Spînu, was on a working visit to Bucharest. Andrei Spînu had meetings with the Minister of Energy from Romania, Virgil Daniel Popescu, where he discussed the energy interconnection projects between the Republic of Moldova and Romania. Also, Andrei Spînu met with the Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu.
