This provision was signed by the Parliament Speaker, Igor Grosu, at the proposal of the Legal, Appointments and Immunities Committee. Based on the same document, payments will be resumed when the deputy comes to the meetings.

The Parliament's Rules of Procedure establish that a deputy who cannot attend a meeting for reasons other than protesting against an issue on the agenda, announced during the meeting, shall inform the Standing Bureau about the reason for the absence. During this year, deputy Marina Tauber did not justify her absences from plenary and standing committee meetings, reads the press release.
