Employment relationships will be stopped starting March 5. The information was confirmed for Teleradio-Moldova by the spokesperson of the General Prosecutor's Office, Violina Moraru.

On March 4, the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) could designate an interim prosecutor at the PA. The subject was included on the additional agenda of the meeting. Also, the CSP members are going to examine and approve the draft law on the creation of the Prosecutor's Office for Anti-Corruption and the Fight Against Organized Crime (PACCO).

We remind you that Veronica Dragalin announced her resignation on February 19, requesting the release from March 21, 2025. She urged the deputies to reject the merger of the two specialized prosecutors. However, the PACCO bill was voted in the first reading, and last week, it was subject to debates in the second round of consultations.
