Ina Angheliuc appointed director of ANTA starting March 7

Ina Angheliuc will assume the role of director of the Moldovan National Agency for Auto Transport (ANTA) on March 7.

Her appointment was approved during today’s Government meeting, after Vasile Chetrușca resigned from his role as director of the agency.

"Ina Angheliuc brings extensive experience in drafting agreements on international road transport of goods and passengers, and has also been involved in bilateral mixed councils with foreign countries," stated Vladimir Bolea, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development.

According to Prime Minister Dorin Recean, Ina Angheliuc's primary task is "to bring order to the sector and effectively implement its digitalization."

Ina Angheliuc graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies with a degree in economics, specializing in International Economic Relations. She began her career in the transport sector in 1996 at the Ministry of Transport. Since 2001, she has worked at the National Agency for Auto Transport, and since 2022, she has served as deputy director.

It should be noted that Vasile Chetrușca was appointed director of ANTA on August 7, 2024.
