Moldovan and Romanian Energy Regulatory Agencies have signed the action plan for 2023
To monitor and report on the quality of electricity transmission and distribution services provided by system operators, to pay compensation to end-users in case of non-compliance with the quality of electricity transmission and distribution service indicators. Such issues were included in the Action Plan for 2023 signed by the National Agency for Energy Regulation of the Republic of Moldova (ANRE) and ANRE of Romania.

Under the agreement, in the field of natural gas, the focus will be on determining the information system under which the transmission system operator submits information to the regulator, the criteria for ensuring compliance with the obligations to publish the inside information.
At the same time, issues related to the monitoring of the gas market have also been included.
