Saturday's temperatures will range from 13°C to 19°C (55°F to 66°F).

On Sunday, March 23, clouds and rain will cause air temperatures to fluctuate from 7°C to 12°C (45°F to 54°F).

The State Hydrometeorological Service reports moderate southeast winds, increasing on Sunday and Monday.

Moldovan apple exports to the EU increased significantly in 2024

After a long period when Moldovan apples were exported only to the CIS countries, in the last two years the Republic of Moldova has delivered apples to over 30 world countries. Last year, apple exports increased by 12 percent compared to 2023, and deliveries to the EU increased by 87%. Moldova is the second export destination, according to data from the Moldova Fruct Association. Also, the Indian market, which has a great potential of over 1.4 billion consumers, was opened in February.

The villages of Varnița and Copanca can use electricity delivered through the power grid on the right bank of the Nistru. The constructed power grids are fully functional. The conditions of their use are to be coordinated with the power grid operator serving the two villages and approved by the authorities. Residents of the villages share different opinions. While some say they do not want to connect to the new networks, others claim that they would like the two banks to join.
