Over 550 companies benefited from electricity compensation
Over 550 companies received electricity compensation for January, February, and partially March 2025. According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, the total amount transferred to the beneficiaries' accounts is 24.5 million lei. The compensation will be granted throughout the year.
We remind you that entrepreneurs can benefit from the compensation of 50% of the increase in the electricity tariff. Applications for energy compensation can be submitted online, through the EVO application, or on the MCabinet portal.
The program for compensating for the increase in the price of electricity for enterprises has a total budget of 300 million lei, funds provided by the European Union.
